I recommend electric coils and gutters on the roof to melt snow & divert runoff through a series of hand crafted aqueducts that disperse the water across the hand-packed snow runways to form a slick ice surface ideal for taxi, take-off & landing (but not necesarily turning or stopping).
I never saw this much snow on "Flying Wild Alaska" {Discovery Channel {Fridays 9pm est} http: //dsc.discovery.com /tv/flying-wild-alaska/ } What's with the short sleeves? And the red shirt? Color coordinated for the photos and press release. Nice thought.
You'ever think of parking the plane on top of the hangar where there is no snow? You could give it a nudge, hop in, and get a taxi and air-start done all at the same time.

I think that's the scheme Rich is working on.
Quick, Robin. To the snow cave!
