Sugarbush Wave

I had a nice wave flight today.  Lift was rarely over 1.5 kts.  Clouds were few and far between but I did mange to get to 8,300'.  Wind was about 40 kts right from Sugarbush.  Thank you Rick for towing!

Great flight, Tim! Thanks for dragging me out of the house on this beautiful day.

So, Tim, you took a 6000' tow about 6 mile west of PMA to get started?

Skip: I think it was a 5.5K tow. We thought the wave was weak by looking at the clouds. We towed west looking for lift but did not find anything significant. I finally got off when it looked like I could glide over the next cloud to the west which is where I found the first 0.5 kt climb.
