The Contest ID is familiar, but I don't recognize the registration number.

The German flag on the tail and D number says it ain't so, Diane.

It does look like a 24 though...

Man Skip gets around...

Looks like an early prototype of the ASH-26. Production version has a slightly different fuselage shape, wing tips, orange spoilers.

Evan is close. It is a RC model of an ASH-26E. Just happened to have Skip's ID. Look closely at the 'pilot' his head ain't screwed on just right. Course you could say that about a lot of soaring pilots.

Funny! Okay, that explains a few things. That definitely *isn't* the right fuselage shape for the 26 -- from tailboom back it looks more -27 ish to me (too skinny to hold an engine).

You guys obviously don't look for clues in the mouseover text.

AND WHO'S BEEN TAMPERING WITH IT?

I was going to ask the same thing... pretty sure the mouse over text wasn't there at all when it was first posted -- I surely didn't see it.

It was there but it said 'Is it fake' someone, not I, changed it to 'Not Fake'
