Congratulations to Mathias Wahl on his first solo today (7/25/2026). Also, congratulations to his two instructors, Moshe and Greg. The three of them were dedicated to getting the job done, and Mathias was able to go solo after 15 instructional flights, probably a club record.
Mathias actually flew five times today, three of them solo.
And congratulations to Tim for doing all 24 tows, another likely club record for an individual towpilot. It was a hot day, so Tim's effort included three refuelings (to keep the towplane relatively light).
